Mentorship of the senior members of our industry to the junior and freshmen members is how our industry grows strong and stable for many years to come
To be a PBA Mentor you must have:
- A minimum of 15 years of studio ownership
- Experience managing teachers/front desk staff
- An understanding of varying business models: packages, memberships, group classes & privates
- Diverse mixture of failures and successes
- A desire to help and support others
- Respect for all studio owners regardless of their training or studio style
- A reputation for being responsive
